- Some plans has different percenrage of coverage for out of network provider. We honor United Concordia In network fee but covered % will be lower here
- We do NOT take Philadelphia Federation of Teachers Plan

- Wellcare Medicare; Dental plan is being outsourced to the company named Envolve Dental; we are out of network and they used to pay to out of network provider but not any more after 5/31/22. We decided to join the network and it will take 60~90 Days for us to be in network.
